If you read all about Will and Lisa’s beautiful wedding on Wednesday (it was epic – there was a part 1 and a part 2!) then you will know that a) it had half of Team RMW there as guests in some guise or other b) everyone had a fabulous time c) You can never go wrong with a pink and grey colour scheme.
What you also may have noted is that a few years before her big day Lisa sadly lost her Dad. I can’t even begin to imagine what it must be like to hold your head up high and sashay down the aisle with the finesse that Lisa did under those circumstances.
Lisa’s Mum said that she wished to see a rainbow at some point during the proceedings, it would signify Lisa’s Dad was there, enjoying one of the greatest days of his family’s life as much as everyone else. I cried when Lisa told me this.
And when a ruddy great rainbow appeared I think everyone shed a tear.
We decided to show you the whole 17 odd minute whole-day footage this afternoon, rather than just the highlights. We’ve never done this before but figured it would be interesting for brides that were considering investing in a wedding film, you can see exactly the kind of amazing memories you might receive.
This particular film is one of my most favourite ever. Simon Clarke made it. We like him A LOT.
